SASIA is a group of resident volunteers with a goal of preserving the natural beauty of St. Augustine South and building strong community partnerships with county government and local businesses. It is not a homeowners’ association, SASIA doesn’t set or enforce rules and regulations, but works to share information about issues and events important to the community. Everyone who resides in St. Augustine South is welcome, and those living nearby are always welcome at our social events.
The pavilion is property of Parks and Recreation and is not available to reserve. It is available on a first-come first-served basis. Both the pavilion and Tot Lot Park are open to the public. St. Augustine South is not a designated golf cart community. Golf carts must fulfill certain criteria to be street legal. They must pass inspection and have headlights, turn signals, etc. They must be registered and have insurance. See the flyer below for more information.
